Collaborator Agreement

I will be fully set up and ready for patrons by the event start time provided by the organizer.

I am responsible for my merchandise before, during, and after the event.

If accepted, I will pay the required application fee as outlined by the event organizer. Payments will be collected via invoice through the Jet City Labs point-of-sale system.

I will vacate the premises by the specified end time, leaving the space as clean as I found it.

I grant permission for photos of me and my setup to be used for event publicity.

I agree to sign the Jet City Labs accident and photo waiver, which will be sent during registration follow-up.

I understand that my reservation is not secured until my payment has been received and confirmed by the event organizer.

Jet City Laboratory is a cultural incubator & collaborative workspace located in the heart of West Seattle’s Alaska Junction.
