Gochiso specializes in artisanal Asian-inspired snacks, where each bite reflects the rich tapestry of the owners’ mixed Asian-American cultures. We currently make & sell 4 core flavors that represent our mixed Asian-American backgrounds: A Korean sweet & spicy gochujang flavor we call "Umma's Mix'; two Japanese-inspired flavors - a Furikake chex mix we call "Coco's Mix", as well as a sweet, dessert "Matcha Mix;" and finally a Chinese-Sichuan inspired flavor we call "Gong-Gong's Mix" that has a numbing heat. Some of our products come in vegan options, as well as gluten free. Inspired by the phrase “Gochisosama,” which expresses gratitude for a meal in Japanese, these treats invite everyone to savor every moment!
