Kristin Young is a Seattle-based luthier, guitarist, and composer. Under the name Yzzy Guitar Works, he builds steel-string guitars and ukuleles that blend clean design with warm, responsive tone. Each instrument is crafted by hand using reclaimed wood and modern materials like Richlite, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and sound. A longtime player himself, Kristin draws on his experience writing and recording music to shape instruments that feel alive in a musician’s hands.
