Jet City Labs - The flexible gallery and event space. This is the primary rental space. (max guests 50. Starts at $100/hr) Revelry Room - The cocktail bar only. Requires buyout of the bar to close. (max guests 35, min price $2400) I'm interested renting both rooms. Requires buyout of the entire venue for the night. (max guests 85)

Revelry Room Premium

I acknowledge that I understand The Revelry Room is a fully immersive cocktail lounge experience, and renting it out for a private even requires us to close the bar to the public. Therefore, pricing for this all-inclusive experience *starts* at $2400 weekday / $4000 weekend before plus taxes and 20% auto gratuity.

JET CITY LABS is our most common rental space. it starts at $100/hour, and has much more availability.

Can my guests events access the other rooms of the building?	Your adult guests will be able to access the Revelry Room's bar during its operating hours. Unless you are renting out the Revelry Room we ask that all your guests enjoy their drinks inside of Jet City Labs for the duration of your event.	Unless your private party has rented the Jet City Labs space, there is no access to the gallery during your event.
Operating Hours	Jet City Lab operates by appointment only. Events must be done by midnight. Last call will be called 30 minutes before the end of your event. Your guests are free to visit the Revelry Room after any event if it's still open.	Revelry Room operates from 5 pm-midnight most nights, 5 pm-2 am (Friday & Saturday). Last Call at 1:30 am for private events.

Rest easy! Your rental includes 30 minutes of setup time before your event and 30 minutes of cleanup time after your event. However, if you’re hosting artists, musicians, or food catering more time may be needed. Reserve the extra hours now to secure lower rates and peace of mind.

Minor Acknowledgement

I understand that there are no bathrooms for minors at our address. The only bathroom is at the bar, which can only be accessed by people over the age of 21 when the bar is open for business. Therefore, minors would need ot use to one of the neighboring businesses to use the facility if you need to.

Accessibility Acknowledgement

I understand that Jet City Labs and Revelry Room is not fully ADA accessible. Every effort will be made to accommodate any visitor needing assistance, however our building does not provide an ADA accessible bathroom.

Event Cleanup

I will take my own trash at no additional costs. I understand that I cannot use the dumpster located near at Jet City Labs. "You party, We clean up" I am interested in having the Jet City Labs staff do all clean up activities, including trash removal.

Alcohol policy acknowledgement.

I understand that I cannot bring my own alcohol into Jet City Labs. All alcohol must be purchased from the hosted bar provided by our approved caterer, Revelry Room.

Hosted Bar Service at Jet City Labs

Alcohol service is hosted and fully staffed by our preferred bar catering partner, giving your group a private bar experience during your event. This pricing represents the base cost for your event.

Simply choose between our Well or Premium bar tiers — your bar minimum will be based on your desired event length.
Guests are welcome to order from the Revelry Room during your event, in addition to your hosted bar in Jet City Labs.
Each bar package includes a guaranteed minimum spend that covers your bottles, mixers, and staffing. This guarantee is based on the total number of hours of your event.
How guaranteed minimum pricing works:
- Drinks are rung per item on your event tab throughout the event, and the total is reconciled at the end:
- We can stop the tab once your guaranteed minimum is reached. From there, you can have your guests open their own tabs or continue adding to the existing tab.

Curation Acknowledgement

I understand that the hosted bar packages are curated by the venue, and include a standard mix of popular spirits, wines, beers, ciders, seltzers, mixers and soft drinks. Some customizations are available. The hosted bar is *in addition* to the full menu available at the Revelry Room.

Revelry Room Access Acknowledgement

I understand that my guests will be able to order drinks from inside the Revelry Room during the event. The Revelry Room remains open to the public during your event (unless it is bought out). We kindly ask that the drinks be enjoyed inside your designated private party space.
