Artist Agreement

I agree to be set-up and ready for patrons by 5:00 PM.

I agree to be responsible for my merchandise before, during and after the Art Walk.

I agree, if accepted, to pay the application fee, $50, within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of invoice.

I agree to pay 10% of sales before departure. (paypal, venmo, cash/check)

I agree to vacate before 9:00 PM leaving the space as clean as found

I agree to allow my photo to be used for publicity of event

I agree to to sign the Jet City Laboratory waiver now or upon arrival
